Web Site Design Policy
- NetBest )nternet Services is committed to ensuring that the products and web related services provided to our client customers are of the highest quality.
- You have our promise that we will work with you to clearly define the body of work to be accomplished to meet your web site needs. In most cases, we will provide a "look and feel" demo for review as part of the project discussions.
- Once we have agreed on the scope of the design effort, we are committed to manage the process within the cost and time-frames agreed upon.
- If prudent, we will be happy to enlist additional resources in order to accomplish our mutual goals within agreed to schedule.
- Should YOU decide that the scope or content of the project must be updated, we will provide an honest and fair assessment of the cost and time impact on the project and present the new dates and cost to you for your approval.
Web Site Demo Pages
- As part of a design effort, we often place demonstration pages on one of our servers so that we can discuss the look and feel of your site along with the web site content before the pages "go live" on the Internet
- These demo pages are intended to provide our client customers with the ability to review and provide input on structure, colors and content that will eventually be part of the web site design.
Hosting Policies
New hosting accounts may cancel service within 5 days, no questions asked. A full refund of web hosting fees will be provided. Other fees for site setup and design services rendered will not qualify under this refund policy.
NetBest's Hosting services are Month-to-Month Services, No Contracts - Easy Cancellation. You are responsible for notifying NetBest when you wish to cancel your service. We suggest phone call (208 667-3566) or an Email to the order desk with the subject of "Cancel Service" to facilitate the process. Cancellations are processed on a monthly basis during the monthly billing cycle. If you do NOT wish to be charged for an upcoming month, you'll need to notify NetBest of the cancellation of service prior to the First (1st) of that month. No refunds for the current month will be made when the cancellation is received on or after the First (1st) day of the month.
All hosting fees are payable in advance for the upcoming month, on a first-of-the-month billing cycle. All payments are due on or before the First of each month OR within 5 days of the date of the invoice; whichever is later. Delayed payments will be assessed a $5.00 late fee.
Although you may cancel your service at any time, you remain responsible for any outstanding monies due and payable at the time of cancellation.
You are welcome to install CGI applications, with the exception of ads.cgi or chats. We reserve the right to disable any program or script that proves to adversely affect normal server operations.
If your site is canceled due to policy violations, no refund of monies will apply.
CONTENT: All services may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States Federal, State or City law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statute.
The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other party.
Note: Pornography and sex-related merchandising are prohibited on all servers. This includes sites that may infer sexual content, or link to adult content elsewhere. This is also true for sites that promote any illegal activity or content that may be damaging to our servers or any other server on the Internet Links to such materials are also prohibited. In addition any site selling or promoting Bulk email services is not allowed Examples of non-acceptable content or links:
- Pirated software
- Hackers programs or archives
- Warez Sites
- Irc Bots
- Mp3 (non licensed)
We will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.
No IRC or IRC bots will be allowed to operate on our servers
Hosting Clients will be notified in the event that their accounts are expected to exceed the defined traffic threshold limit. If an account exceeds the product specified limit, the client will be charged for the usage that exceeds the pre-defined limit at the rate of $9.00 per gigabyte unless otherwise specified in the product description. NOTE: Any portion of a gigabyte will be rounded to the next whole GB amount.
We do not allow bulk unsolicited e-mail (SPAM) to be sent from our servers. We also prohibit sales and promotion of bulk e-mail software. Additionally, sending unsolicited mail that references an email address or domain that is maintained on our server machines is STRICTLY prohibited. We are the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.
Note: foreign domain extensions are welcome and we will provide name-server information as needed to complete foreign registrations, where applicable.
Our offer for nearly unlimited traffic is predicated on the reasonable use of our facilities. The current accepted monthly levels are defined in the product descriptions.
